CARD FACTORY BLUEWATER – RETAIL SIGNAGE FOR THE STORE OF THE FUTURE
Since 2009, Card Factory has relied on Leading Edge for end-to-end support across signage, maintenance, and fleet graphics. As part of their ambitious ‘Store of the Future’ programme, we were proud to deliver a bespoke retail storefront signage solution that brought their refreshed retail vision to life at one of the UK’s most prestigious shopping destinations – Bluewater Shopping Centre.
This flagship location required more than just a visual update – it demanded a standout design that would reflect Card Factory’s brand evolution and set the standard for future stores.
A HIGH-IMPACT RETAIL SIGNAGE SOLUTION FOR A PREMIUM LOCATION
Working in close partnership with the Card Factory team, we designed, fabricated, and installed a completely new shop front concept tailored to Bluewater’s high-end retail environment. Every detail – from bespoke materials to lighting integration – was crafted to reflect both brand identity and the elevated standards of the location.
Our in-house joinery specialists fabricated the timber cladding, which was finished with a durable, satin wet paint to ensure a sleek, modern appearance with long-lasting performance.
What We Delivered
Bespoke Timber Cladding
We constructed the shopfront cladding from high-quality timber, fabricated in-house and finished with a premium satin wet paint. This created a warm, modern aesthetic that stands out in a competitive retail setting.
Premium Stainless Steel Signage
To match the cladding, we produced dimensional stainless steel letterforms with face illumination. LED modules and precision-cut acrylic faces ensured a vibrant, consistent glow that enhances visibility and brand presence.
End-to-End Project Management
From design through to installation, our team provided a fully managed service. We ensured seamless delivery and coordination, aligning with Card Factory’s wider brand rollout strategy.
