We are passionate about supporting our local communities and working with charities and organisations that make a meaningful difference.
Through our skills, resources and time, we support a range of local and national causes. Whether it’s donating our design expertise, manufacturing capabilities or supporting fundraising initiatives, we are proud to use what we do to help others.
We are committed to supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities UK, a charity that provides accommodation and support for families with children receiving hospital treatment.
As part of our ongoing partnership, we regularly donate studio time, design support and signage manufacture to their 13 Houses across the UK, helping create welcoming and supportive environments for families during some of the most challenging times in their lives.
In 2019, our Managing Director, Matthew Evans, took on the challenge of running the London Marathon, raising over £15,000 for Ronald McDonald House Charities and Northorpe Hall Child & Family Trust — a local organisation that supports young people through programmes designed to build confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing.
We are proud to continue supporting causes that align with our values and to play our part in creating a positive impact within the communities around us.
In 2026, Leading Edge is proud to be a Platinum Partner of Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice, demonstrating our commitment to supporting children with life-shortening conditions and their families across West Yorkshire
Through this partnership, we contribute to the hospice’s vital work, helping ensure that families receive compassionate care, specialist support and precious moments together when they need it most. We are honoured to play a small part in supporting an organisation that makes such a meaningful difference within our local community.
In addition to the partnership, we have the supported the charity with refreshed signage and vehicle branding to help raise awareness of the work they do.
At Leading Edge, we recognise that looking after our people is just as important as looking after our customers. We are committed to creating a supportive workplace where mental health is openly discussed, understood and prioritised.
We have appointed a trained Mental Health First Aider within our team, providing a dedicated point of support for colleagues who may be experiencing mental health challenges. Through Mental Health First Aid England training, our First Aider has developed the skills and confidence to offer initial support, guidance and signposting for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions.
We believe that building a culture of openness, understanding and compassion helps create a stronger team. By encouraging conversations around wellbeing and supporting one another, we aim to maintain a positive, inclusive and productive working environment where everyone feels valued.
